Toyota plans factory integration of Waymo hardware in Japan

OpenAI plans to reduce campus demand when the grid is strained

A contact center can test read-only case lookups first and set separate permissions for actions that change customer records. The announcement lists nine regions, so teams deploying across regions need to check each one.

Marvell signs an all-stock deal for Lumentum

The companies signed a definitive agreement to exchange each Lumentum share for 4.5 Marvell common shares. The announcement gives an implied enterprise value of $115 billion and targets closing in the first half of 2028.

The deal would bring optical components and data-center connectivity chips into one portfolio. The exchange ratio is fixed, while the stock consideration moves with share prices. Closing still requires shareholder and regulatory approvals.
